Accommodation is provided on first-come-first-served basis due to limited units. Priority is given to outstation and full-time students. 6 students are placed in an apartment unit.

The rental rate is RM 1,100 per person per semester. This amount covers rental of accommodation as well water and electricity bills. Transportation to the MIIM campus is provided at scheduled intervals. Students can choose whether to pay the whole amount on registration day or to pay in installments. For payment by installment, a minimum payment of 45% of the semester rental (i.e. RM500) will be required on registration day.

Students are required to sign a tenancy agreement for the duration of one semester.
